Interns are responsible for creating C, C++, C# code and/or java code as part of the software product development and game development for a game's features or tools. Potential interns typically pursue a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering, electrical engineering with a strong mathematical background.Candidates should have solid programming knowledge in various languages. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Computer Graphic Artists
Interns are responsible for creating images using 3D modeling, texturing, background design, and animation, while mastering development tools including Maya, 3ds max, SOFTIMAGE|XSI, Photoshop, and/or DeBabelizer. Potential interns must be pursuing a degree in an art-related field. Basic art training is essential, 2D animation and basic 3D skills are a plus. Candidates will need to submit a portfolio/demo reel and/or URL that demonstrates expertise in taking projects from concept to completion.
Mobile Phone Game Programmer
Mobile Phone Game Programmer must have core experience in Java programming/development (J2ME experience a plus), C/C++ programming/development, and a deep understanding of XML. They should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical subject, preferably engineering or computer science, and knowledge of and/or interest in wireless technologies.
Web developers/ Designers
Work on projects including web-based applications, website enhancements, desktop applications, database-backed website and web layout enhancements. Work within a team environment to address the programming needs of microcreation web clients. Participate in process concerning the architecture of new applications to meet client needs. Code web pages utilizing XHTML and CSS. Following industry standards. Work in several programming languages including SQL, PHP, and JavaScrit as well as AJAX. Work in several development frameworks including .NET, Ruby on Rails, Smarty, and PEAR.Work with a variety of database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server among others. Work within a variety of database frameworks including ODBC and ADO. Responsible for working on multiple projects simultaneously as directed by management .Reviews, analyzes and modifies web system including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining as specified by management. I nstall or customize modules and features for Open Source and proprietary software packages including Baker and Joomla!.Work with Apache and Microsoft IIS web servers. Interact with servers using FTP, Telnet, and SSH protocols. Participate in review and company meetings concerning projects and programs. Document work-time and processes as specified by management. Responsible for meeting set goals and deadlines as determined by management. Communicate effectively with clients in a courteous and respectful manner.
