• Responsible for administrative duties within IT Inventory management functions.
• Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
• Familiar with Vendor Management

• Ensure Asset Movements are carried out in the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure all Hardware upgrades are carried out in the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure that all the assets are covered under warranty or AMC.
• Follow-up with the vendors for any Asset replacements or spares.
• Follow proper Vendor escalation procedure.
• Prepare and send the monthly Vendor Performance report to Asst. Manager.
• Prepare the monthly missing and damaged assets in production report and send the reporting manager.
