Job Description : 8Rays is small services company looking for ace web application programmers. We have several large challenging projects, small and fun loving team and clients who adore us.
If you are a top programmer, a team player and have good communication skills, we would love to hear from you. Experience with web application development, MySQL, Ruby on Rails and Linux will get you a slight edge.
You will be required to understand requirements from clients, create an architecutre, database design, develop algorithms, code, test, deploy and do performance optimization, A/B testing and in general manage operations. Even if you don't understand all of these, we are willing to mentor and teach you.
