- Experience of handling a team of 10+ FMS engineers
- Hands-on experience on incident, problem and change management

- Preparing , Reviewing documentation and records
- Be a SPOC during crisis and major incidents
- Responsible for Day to day operation / transactions
- CMDB Management
- Vendor Management
