The Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) is promoting development of Organic Aquaculture in Coastal States with an objective to produce organic seafoods from the country, for which there is an emerging global market. For achieving this mission, the Authority invites applications from eligible candidates for the following posts, on contract basis, through a walk in interview.

Education qualification and experience : M.Sc. Fisheries/Mariculture/ Zoology or B.F.Sc/ B.Sc (Zoology) with three years experience in Aquaculture
Maximum age limit : 35 years
Consolidated pay : Rs. 15,000/- per month
This contract appointment is initially for a period of one year. The interview will be conducted at MPEDA Head Office in Panampilly Avenue, Ernakulam, Kochi - 682036 on 19.01.2010 at 8.30 am. The candidates should bring with them, their original certificates for qualification, experience, age etc for due verification.
