Required :

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Flexible with rotational shifts and 24/7 work environment, as needed
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for contact with clients and developing work documentation.
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
