Responsibilities :
- Achieving the sales target in her/ his area.
- Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents.
- Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results.
- Assign territory to the sales force; evaluate the territory's market Potential and competitive influences.
Experience : 0 - 4 Years

Compensation : Rupees 1,50,000 - 2,75,000

Eligibility : Minimum 6 month experience in retail sales of insurance products.
