Job Description :
- Responsible for administrative duties within IT Inventory management functions.
- Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
- Familiar with Vendor Management
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Ensure that the Asset Inventory for Software and hardware are recent/up to date.
- Maintain IN & OUT Asset Stock.
- Ensure that the Asset spares are tracked and maintained.
- Ensure all request forms are filled appropriately.
- Ensure Asset Movements are carried out in the stipulated time frame.
- Ensure all Hardware upgrades are carried out in the stipulated time frame.
- Ensure that all the assets are covered under warranty or AMC.
- Follow-up with the vendors for any Asset replacements or spares.
- Follow proper Vendor escalation procedure.
- Prepare and send the monthly Vendor Performance report to Asst. Manager.
- Prepare the monthly missing and damaged assets in production report and send the reporting manager.
