How to apply :
- Two self addressed stamped envelops of 25 cm X 12 cm size. worth Rs.27/- Address must be written in capital letters
- Attested copies of certificates/testimonials as proof of educational qualifications and date of birth.
- Three recent passport size photographs, duly attested by a gazetted officer, One each to be pasted on the application form and admission card and third one to be attached with application form.
