Job Description :
Sr.Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager/Asst Relationship Manager/ Business Development Executive
- To generate business in all financial product lines.
- Coordinating with SM / BM for performing other activities in Branch.
- Ensuring Client Satisfaction.
- Ensuring that all the paper formalities of the clients are completed.
- Ensuring that none of the cases get rejected.
- Responsible for sending the DSR report on daily basis
- Responsible for logging & reporting in CRM software (Talisma) on daily basis.
- Responsible for providing before & after sales service to clients.
- Ensuring that proper communication channel is followed Ensuring that the payments made are through cheque & ensuring that it does not get bounced .
Dealer - Equity / Dealer - Commodity
- To generate business through trading activities.
- Responsible for executing the trade for the clients.
- Ensuring 100% confirmation to clients for all the trades.
- Sustaining quality execution of trade under market pressure.
- Responsible for achieving individual targets & contributing in revenue generation through Third Party Products as well.
- Coordinating with BM for performing other activities in Branch.
- Responsible for sending the DSR report on daily basis.
- Responsible for logging & reporting in CRM software (Talisma) on daily basis.
Back Office Executive
- Responsible for generating revenue.
- Responding to all customer queries related to work (statements, mutual funds, trading)
- Responsible for sending MIS on daily basis.
- Responsible for verification of forms and submitting them to the corporate.
- Ensuring that proper KYC work has been done and send to HO.
- Responsible for attending all walk-in customers.
Database maintenance of walkin & walkout customers.
- Responsible for doing cheque punching for their respective vertical.
- Coordinating with BM so that all the required strategies / processes may get implemented.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidate must be at least Graduate with Similar Industry Experience.
- Required skill(s): good communication skills, knowledge of local market, experience in current role.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Broking house, etc) or equivalent. Job role in sales /Team Lead (with all financial Products such as :- LI /, GI, Equity, Commodity , MF, FD).
