Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skill
- Good in excel, word
Roles & Responsibilities :
1) Extending support in HR co-ordination
2) Job posting & mass mailing to be done for all the teams
3) Follow up with the candidates attending interview at clients place
4) Training new joinees on Hire craft (software used for recruitment)
5) Maintaining daily reports & trackers
6) Reporting to the manager on daily work scheduled.
7) Extending support in internal recruitment of the firm.
