System Administrator (L2/L3) - windows and exchange platforms
Job Description:
- 3+ years on system administration (in Windows and Exchange)
- Most of the openings are for Windows server administration.
- There are few openings which require the candidate to have experience on both Windows and Exchange servers.
The areas on which sound knowledge and hands-on experience is desired includes (but is not limited to) one or more of the following:
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server OS (WinNT/2k/2k3)
- Enterprise Level knowledge of Active Directory, WINS, DNS/DDNS, DHCP, etc.
- MS Exchange Server versions
Certifications completed in these areas will be an add-on.
Experience: 3-8 Years
Network Admin professionals (L2/L3)
Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in Network-related activities including (but not limited to) one or more of the following areas:
- RADWARE SLBs and LLBs,
- CISCO FWSM,
- Juniper VPN Concentrator,
- Nortal with Checkpoint Firewalls,
- Analysis of Network Traffic,
- Troubleshooting of network problems,
- Optimization of devices
- Planning, designing, installation and configuration of LAN /WAN, WI-FI, Proxy Servers, etc. as per organizational Requirements, governed by communication protocols.
- Monitoring and Configuring L2 and L3 Devices (Routers, Switches), Modems and other networking equipments.
- Configuring Different VLAN and VTP Models.
- Knowledge and experience on different Routing and Switching protocols
- Knowledge on structured cabling.
- Knowledge and experience on different Application Softwares like MS- Office, MS-Net meeting, Remote Administrator, VNC, etc.
- Implementing network and security products
Experience on Cisco environment: COMPLETION OF CCNP CERTIFICATION(ALL 4 PAPERS) BY THE TIME HE/SHE TURNS UP FOR THE INTERVIEW AT THE VENUE IS A MUST FOR ANY CANDIDATE WHO'S INTERESTED - ONLY CANDIDATES WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE CERTIFICATION (ALL 4 PAPERS) WILL BE INTERVIEWED

Service Desk/Tech Support Associates (L1)
Job Description:
- The areas on which sound knowledge and hands-on experience is desired include (but is not limited to) one or more of the following:
Experience in first level troubleshooting in Windows OS like XP, Vista, etc.
Experience of troubleshooting in basic networking areas, messaging, applications, etc.
Experience in troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, accessories (eg.> printers), etc.
Interested candidates should have excellent communication skills with neutralized accent.
The profile demands providing technical support to clients on a 24/7 availability - and would require the candidate to work in shifts, including night shifts.
Experience: 2-4 Years
