- Experience in both .net 1.1 and 2.0 versions
- Experience in most of the commonly/widely used components of .net 1.1 and 2.0 versions
- Knowledge, experience & implementation in Object Oriented approach in .Net
- Experience in source control software
- Experience in development cycle of project
- Experience in maintenance and support cycle of project
- Excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills
- Development of stored procedures and functions in SQL Server 2000/2005
- Exposure in Class design and UML
- Knowledge in Windows service
- Knowledge in Windows service/Console apps/Scheduled tasks
- Knowledge in XML and web services
- Knowledge in working with file system/FTP
- Knowledge in Database design and performance tuning in SQL Server 2000/2005 Preferred skills
- Experience in Windows applications
- Experience in Class design and UML
- Experience in Database design and performance tuning in SQL Server 2000/2005
- Exposure to Windows service/Console apps/Scheduled tasks
- Exposure to XML and web services
- Exposure in working with file system/FTP
- Exposure to tools and utilities for .net and SQL, to analyze performance, logs, debugging and troubleshooting
- Idea about cryptography
